Here’s the conundrum. It’s Friday – jeans day at work. You’re thrilled to be able to wear your super-comfy jeans that fit great and flatter your curves. Only problem – how to wear them while maintaining a somewhat professional appearance.

We’ve all seen them – those people who treat jeans day like an excuse to really dress down (e.g. dirty jeans and a ripped sweatshirt) or dress for friday night (e.g. skin-tight jeans with a sparkly blouse down to there.)

If course, we all know better than that, but here’s a few of my favorite ways to style my jeans on jeans day.

• Add a blazer
  Get away with jeans and t-shirt combo by adding a blazer on top. 
• Nix the sneaks
  Don’t even try to swear sneakers. The perfect footwear? Some adorable ballet flats. 
• Sweaters are better
  Balance the cool casualness of the jeans with the perfect twin sweater set. If you’re feeling daring, try pairing the top sweater with a silk camisole, instead.
• Boot it up
  Tall boots with skinny jeans is the latest trend. Balance it out with a peasant top or tunic.
• Don’t forget the accessories!
  A black t-shirt paired with a stand-out necklace is the perfect classy/casual combination! Or top it off with your favorite scarf.
• Go for color
  Yes, those trendy new color jeans are perfect for jeans day – just be sure to choose a contrasting top. Too much of one color is not always a good thing! 
• Heels? Go fot it. 
  You can hit just the right note with jeans an heels – especially with skinny or trouser jeans.

Preparing for the holidays can do a number on your skin!! Fight back with this Roobios Tea Facial Scrub from our friends at Made From Earth.  This facial scrub is full of  antioxidants and roobios tea, which is a flower that has been used for years to help improve your immune system and slow the aging process.

I received a sample of Roobios Tea Facial Scrub and I began incorporating it into my facial routine immediately. This scrub is light and can be used on a daily basis.  According to the Made From Earth website, “Roobios Tea Face Scrub is a moisturizing face scrub that will not strip the delicate vitamin and nutrients from your face. For some skin types, a moisturizer may not be needed after using the face scrub since it contains moisturizing properties. This is why the scrub is perfect for both oily AND dry skin types. The face scrub is light as air, and it smells like lemons.  It contains jojoba beads, which are not rough on my skin the way other scrubs can be.  The instructions say to massage on the skin for up to five minutes. I found that a minute was sufficient before rinsing with warm water.
