Nestled in the heart of Legacy Place — the upscale, outdoor shopping mall — Chocolate Therapy is a little piece of heaven. I happened this chocolate store while taking a walk with my pal, post after-work dinner and drinks.
The store features locally produced chocolates, as well as our own unique, handmade collection of individual and packaged chocolates. The innovative flavors like The Aristaeus with olive oil, sea salt and dark chocolate and my favorite sea salt caramel that compliment the emerging research suggesting that chocolate is the next superfood.
In addition to the feel good properties that you already know about, chocolate is a source of antioxidants that have been associated with reducing the risk of heart disease, and promoting circulatory health.
You can also stop by for some home made hot chocolate and great conversation with the proprietors. Tell them I sent you!
