Banana Republic has long been one of my favorite clothing retailers. Their style has remained consistently classic but trendy. The name itself is reminiscent of ethereal, tropical locales, spice-scented rooms, and crisp white linens on four poster beds. This year, Banana Republic keeps the casual in mind with their cool and composed Summer 2011 campaign.
Think maxi dresses, espadrille wedges, madras shirts and seersucker suits. Think lobster bakes, chilled mojitos and private sailing lessons. Mens outfits focus on traditional styles but lighter in fabric. Womens styles abound with floral girly dresses, wedges and cropped pants. This collection has something for everyone.
