Get Naked With Your Honey! (Financially Speaking)

You may have heard that the topic that couples argue about most is money. So you can imagine that with rising unemployment and the unsteady economy couples would deal with even more money conflicts.

Being newly unemployed myself, I can relate. Add to that the fact that we have completely different spending/savings habits (I spend/he saves) and we’ve got a recipe for disaster.

We’re lucky, though. Having been together for almost seven years and married for almost a year and a half, we’ve made some great progress. I am no longer a slave to my charge card and have inherited his good saving habits while he worries less about money and recognizes it as a means to an end and not the end itself.
