What? You’ve never heard of Sanita Clogs?
You have. Sanita used to make Dansko clogs; they own the patent on the shoe. They have parted ways with Dansko and are now selling shoes under their own brand.
To promote the change, they are offering a $15 coupon to people who own a pair of Sanita Clogs purchased under the Dansko name- look for either “Sanita” or the patent number 0060240 stamped onto the bottom of your clog.
Actually, even if you don’t own a pair they’ll send you the coupon anyway. The offer is good through 9/30/09, so you still have time to buy yourself the perfect pair of walking around shoes for fall.
(Yea, they’re still a bit pricey. I’ve had one pair for over 6 years. My other pair wore out after 4, but I wore them almost every day for those 4 years; I was working in a laboratory.)

I have only worn the Dansko brand but now with the coupon I guess I will try Sanita out.
